Apollo Series Dosing System
Apollo dosing system by DCT is a brand new and innovative dosing system that puts together a class leader reliability with a unmatchable flexibility. It is able to work with 1 machine up to 4 machines simultaneously, allowing the connection of 8 dosing pumps. The low maintenance and high reliability, makes it a reference in today's standards among the ones in it's class. A steady flow that doesn't drop overtime is a unique characteristic tha the Apollo dosing system has to offer, allied with a very low maintenance makes it a must have to detergent dosing necessities.
- RELIABLE - This dosing offers unmatching reliability, the pumps, keep the debits overtime and don't need regular maintenance or part replacing like peristaltic systems.
- HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS - All the materials are chosen to offer the highest quality possible, the enclosure of the pumps and the rack, are build in 304 grade high quality stainless steel.
- COMPACT - Can be installed in a fraction of the space compared to other systems, in a configuration of 2+2+2 or 4+4.
- FLEXIBILE - The system allows to start with a configuration of 1 machine with 1 product, and can go up to 4 machines with 8 products with same system.
Main Controller Unit

Stand Pump With Level Sensor
- Manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel.
- High precision dosing.
- Standard dosing or dosing at spray.

- Compatible with washing machines and dry cleaning machines.
Programmer - Formula Select
- Programs Set-Up for use on non-microprocessed machines.
- Up to 12 Programs with capacity to manage 4 signals (prewash, wash, hot wash and final rinse).
- Independent delays and up 4 detergents allowed in each step of the program (useful when there are products that can not be mixed).
- Manual and auto test of the pumps.
- Level sensors testing function.
- Real time info about which detergents the machine is asking and what pumps are working.
- Detergent percentage function (Manual tuning of the ammount of detergent to supply. The range goes from 50% to 130%. The default setting is 100%).
Machine Interface Unit
- Allows the conversion of a single machine system into a multi machine system (up to 4 machines), by adding one controller per machine.
- Prepared for 110-230VAC supply voltage.
- 24VACC/230VAC configurable isolated inputs.
- Up to 8 signal inputs allowed.
- Communication with the main controller and the programmer via RS-485 standard serial interface.
- Leds for input and error indication.
